Steps on how to submit a bonded warehouse order
Delivery is Free within the NYC and Washington, DC metro areas.
Delivery is free for all other US based Consulates during regularly scheduled deliveries.
Any shortages or breakage must be noted on the delivery document and signed by both your representative and our driver. Once delivery is completed and signed by your representative you will be responsible for payment in full.
Products that need to be exchanged must be cleared on a new Clearance form. Only merchandise that has been cleared on a Clearance form by the US Department of State, Office of Foreign Missions can be delivered.
Orders will be delivered within 3 business days with the approved clearance in New York and Washington, DC. All other cities – call for delivery schedule.
Payment is due within 30 days of delivery
Discounts will be forfeited after 30 days
Prices are quoted in US Dollars ($)
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB & Discover accepted
